I get wildly excited (remember, the nerd in me) about educating consumers about the advancements in technology that can save them time, energy, and money.

The posts includes topics related to power providers and how our energy consumption is changing as well as energy efficiency and home automation devices on the market that help reduce usage and save money.

Many energy consumers have very little awareness of the complexity and costs of the electrically grid. Many utilities in North America have little data visibility into the distribution grid or your neighborhood. With these large gaps in knowledge and connectivity opens a space for Smart Grid Marketplace to guide along the way.
