Outdoor Camera – Google Nest

Google Nest Cameras are a good way to easily add to an existing Google home app, if you have already purchased a few of these or have a Google Nest Thermostat this works well and give good picture quality.

We gave a camera to each set of parents for Christmas one year. The idea came from wanting to monitor the front area outside of their home/cabins while they weren’t there. This would give them (and us) a way to check on the house without driving over after a storm or while they are traveling.

The cameras themselves are built solid and were easy to setup. Yet…. I have to share they are configured and ready, but neither have been installed or used.
