Rechargeable AA & AAA Batteries – Energizer

AA & AAA batteries are used all over the place, remotes, camera equipment, and way to many kids toy. Even in larger packages batteries are not cheap, coming in at roughly $0.75/battery each time we replaced a toy it was a few dollars. A simple step to reducing waste and saving a ton of money was switching out to rechargeable batteries. The Energizer 8 packs that seem to last much longer in the toys costs roughly $2.50/battery. In a few toys this has paid for itself within two months.

We’ve got so many around the house now with all the kids toys, or at least the ones we want to have sound! All our remotes and most of our devices have the rechargeable now. This is one of the easier to phase in, buy the first eight (8) pack online and then replace until you need to charge or but another pack.
